Members Author a chapter in the ACHMM Book

When the ACHMM was seeking help with finding an author for the Safe Drinking Water Act chapter of the new "Hazardous Materials Desk Reference", they turned to the Three Rivers Chapter for help. Chapter President, Jerry DeRosa, put them in touch with Tom Merski, a TRC-ACHMM member, and John Englert, a former CHMM turned Pittsburgh laywer. Together, Tom and John co-authored the SDWA chapter and recently submitted the final text.
